Stefano is the co-founder of the Firm and has extensive experience in litigation, with a particular focus on civil, insurance and commercial law, acting both before ordinary courts and in arbitration, including as arbitrator and Chairman of the relevant panels.
Stefano also provides transactional advice to banks, financial institutions, asset management companies and trust companies.
Before founding the Firm, Stefano practiced in leading Italian law firms of primary importance in both the national and international scenes.
Stefano graduated, cum laude, in 2009, from Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples, and has been Honorary Fellow of Civil Procedural Law at Federico II and Suor Orsola Benincasa universities and obtained, in 2013, a PhD in Civil Procedural Law, at the La Sapienza University in Rome.
He is the author of several publications on civil procedural law. In February 2013, Stefano qualified as a lawyer and was awarded the “Toga d’onore al merito”by the Bar Association of Naples for having passed the bar exam, in the 2011/2012 session, with one of the best marks.
Since 2025, Stefano has been on the Special Register of Certified Lawyers admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and other Superior Jurisdictions
