Giovanni Rosanio

Giovanni is a co-founder of the Firm and is primarily active in the field of litigation, providing his assistance, both in ordinary courts and arbitration proceedings, to Italian and foreign clients (individuals, medium and large enterprises, industrial groups, investment funds, and banks) within the scope of complex judicial proceedings in civil matters (with particular focus on private procurement and real estate), commercial, and corporate law. Giovanni also engages in providing assistance and extrajudicial consultancy concerning contractual matters and corporate relations, especially when connected to litigation or pre-litigation situations.

Graduating with honors in 2009 from the University “Suor Orsola Benincasa” of Naples, Giovanni furthered his education by attending a Master’s program in Business Law at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore and an advanced course in Arbitration Law at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. In 2012, he qualified as a lawyer and has professionally trained, since the very beginning of his career, in leading Italian law firms particularly distinguished in the field of litigation.
